You are subject to my terms of service upon the time of transaction. I reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The terms on my website will always be the most updated version. I reserve the right to refuse a commission.
As a rule of thumb, I charge a base price of $13 per hour worked on both art and writing commissions. I reserve the right to charge more for complex requests.
Payment is through PayPal only. I will send an invoice to you. A non-refundable deposit of 50% must be paid before I begin work on your commission. Once the sketch or outline is approved, the remaining balance is due before I finish working. If you have to cancel your commission for any reason before the sketch or outline has been approved, you may do so with a maximum fee of 50% of the remaining balance. I do not offer refunds once the sketch or outline has been approved, except in the unlikely event that I am unable to finish your commission. In that case, I will issue a partial refund based on how much of the commission I have completed.
Please be kind. If you are aggressive, rude, or inappropriate at any point in time during the process, I reserve the right to cancel your commission. In this case, I will issue a refund as I see fit.
All commissions are for personal use only. Commissioned artwork may be used for profiles and banners with credit. Emotes specifically designed for Discord and Twitch may be used respectively with credit. Contact me if you wish to use my work commercially; there will be extra fees involved.
I own all rights to the work. I am allowed to post the work on my social media unless explicitly requested otherwise. I am allowed to use my work in my portfolio.
Fanart and fanfiction commissions containing characters from any game/media/etc may be made into prints or physical copies at my disgression. This only applies to fanart and fanfiction.
Sharing your commission is appreciated but you must tag and credit me if you are reposting your commission.
When I am finished with your commission, I will send you a copy of the piece with my watermark on it. You may not remove it under any circumstances. For digital art and writing, no physical copies will be delivered. If you would like a copy of the piece without a watermark, I will send a physical copy of the piece to you for an extra fee.
Turnaround time for commissions depends on the complexity of the piece, but I aim to be transparent about it. It should be about three months absolute maximum, barring unforseen emergencies, which I will keep in touch about.
I will send updates after the sketch phase, lineart phase, and flat color phase for art commissions as applicable. For writing commissions, I will send updates after the outline phase and various draft phases, as applicable. If you haven't had an update from me in a while, feel free to reach out and ask!
Please send visual references for art commissions. I reserve the right to charge extra if you do not provide images or at least a detailed description of what you would like your piece to look like. Once the sketch or outline is approved, you may make 3 minor revisions to the piece.
